Kedarnath Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is on the Garhwal Himalayan range near the Mandakini River in Kedarnath, Uttarakhand in India. The most remote of the four Chota Char Dham sites, Kedarnath is located in the Himalayas, about 3,583 m (11,755 ft) above sea level near Chorabari Glacier, the source of river Mandakini, and is flanked by snow-capped peaks, most prominently Kedarnath mountain. The nearest road head is at Gaurikund about 16kms away. Kedarnath has been a pilgrimage center since ancient times. It is not certain who constructed the original Kedarnath temple and when. A mythological account ascribes the temple's construction to the legendary Pandava brothers mentioned in the Mahabharata. However, the Mahabharata does not mention any place called Kedarnath. One of the earliest references to Kedarnath occurs in the Skanda Purana (c. 7th-8th century), which names Kedara (Kedarnath) as the place where Shiva released the holy waters of Ganga from his matted hair, resulting in the formation of the Ganges river.

• Any increase in Airlines taxes or fuel price at the time of departure, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure

PAYMENT POLICY:

• 50% of the total billing amount to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
• 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 30 days prior to the travel date.
• Balance 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.

In case the booking is made within 30 days of travel 75% of the amount to be paid at the time of confirmation and if the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If the booking is cancelled 60-30 Days prior to date of arrival - 25% of the total bill will be charged.
• If the booking is cancelled 29-16 Days prior to date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged.
• If the booking is cancelled 15 Days less prior to date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early Check-in and Late Checkout depend on the Availability of Rooms, also with supplement charges. Please inform us the arrival departure timing of our guest in advance for confirms services and supplement charges occur.
• Entry & exit points will be nearest to the destinations.
• All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages accept already mentioned in itinerary.
  
• Should the no. of passengers, inclusions, hotel category, or type of transport change at any given point the cost is liable to change and payable as advised by us.
• Rates/itineraries/payment terms are subject to change without any prior notice.
• For Ac, Vehicle A/c will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives.
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
  
• Children below 5 years accommodation will be on a complimentary basis sharing parent’s room and breakfast charges as applicable.
• The given cost is inclusive of all services mentioned in the quotation and no refund will be processed for any service which is not availed by guest once in tour.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third Guest shall be provided a mattress bed.
• Activities related to adventure trekking are subject to weather and wind conditions on the ground.
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions / for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.
