It also offers trekkers a  unique opportunity to experience life in the remotest of villages in dead winter! Kedarkantha trek gives you the unsurpassed beauty, magnificent views of charming villages, meadows, snow paths, a  dramatic landscape dotted with lovely lakes, mountains, tranquil rivers, and the great Himalayan peaks. The Kedarkantha trek also provides a great opportunity to view the scenic beauty and feel the experience of the life of remote villages of Uttarakhand Himalayas.

• Given travel time in your itinerary from one place to another place is estimated in normal traffic and road conditions, it may take as per the current traffic and road conditions. 
• All sightseeing will be en route. The vehicle will not go or deviate from the set itinerary. 
• The company will not be responsible if any sightseeing/ meals get missed due to bad weather/ traffic conditions/ any other unforeseen circumstances en-route. This is just to maintain the driving time to reach safely & timely to our next destination. Mentioning sightseeing in the itinerary will be subject to the time available. 
• The AC will be on when the Tempo is on move only and to the plain areas, like Rishikesh / Dehradun sector only. When the Tempo is traveling uphill, or downhill AC will be switched off. We request all the guests to cooperate with drivers during travel and have patience. Routes in the given itinerary can be changed due to landslides & heavy traffic Jams.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• 50% of the total billing amount to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
• 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 30 days prior to the travel date.
• Balance 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.
• In case the booking is made within 30 days of travel 75% of the amount to be paid at the time of confirmation and if the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If the booking is cancelled 60-30 Days prior to date of arrival - 25% of the total bill will be charged.
• If the booking is cancelled 29-16 Days prior to date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged.
• If the booking is cancelled 15 Days less prior to date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged.
