Guests who book to stay with us must have a passport that is valid for longer than six months prior to its end date. We do not accept responsibility for guests who are refused entry to the Maldives based on an invalid passport. PAYMENT TERMS: 

• 50% of the total billing amount to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation. 
• 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 60 days prior to the travel date. 
• Balance 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 31 days prior to the travel date. 

In case the booking is made within 60 days of travel 75% of the amount to be paid at the time of confirmation and if the booking is made within 31 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Booking date to 90 days prior to date of arrival – No cancellation charges. Only a convenience fee of INR. 1500.00 per person will be charged for domestic trips and for international trips convenience fee would be INR. 2500.00 per person

• If the booking is cancelled 90-60 Days prior to date of arrival - 25% of the total bill will be charged.
• If the booking is cancelled 59-32 Days prior to date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged.
• If the booking is cancelled 31 Days prior to date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged.

Note: Above cancellation policy only applicable for all packages without flights. In case of any flights cost incurred in the package flight cancellation will be applicable as per airlines policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early Check-in and Late Checkout depend on the Availability of Rooms, also with supplement charges. Please inform us the arrival departure timing of our guest in advance for confirms services and supplement charges occur.
• Entry & exit points will be nearest to the destinations.
• All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• In case of non-availability of rooms in above quoted hotels we’ll give you accommodation at the other similar hotels available
  
• Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages accept already mentioned in itinerary.
• Rates/itineraries/payment terms are subject to change without any prior notice.
• For Ac, Vehicle A/c will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives.
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
  
• Children below 5 years accommodation will be on a complimentary basis sharing parent’s room and breakfast charges as applicable.
• The given cost is inclusive of all services mentioned in the quotation and no refund will be processed for any service which is not availed by guest once in tour.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third Guest shall be provided a mattress bed.
• Activities related to water sports/adventure trekking are subject to weather and wind conditions on the ground.

HOW TO GET 100% TCS CREDIT TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT

• TCS is collected via TravelParinda and will be charged @5% on all overseas bookings. TCS credit would reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis.
• The amount Charged as TCS via TravelParinda can be claimed against your tax payable at the time of filing the return.
• In case there is no tax liability, you can claim the refund of 100 % TCS amount at the time of filing income tax return.
